Man Utd's next generation of wonderkids

Manchester United have set off on their pre-season United States tour with a number of young stars involved, but some other talents have left Old Trafford this summer.

When Manchester United took on Young Boys in the Champions League in 2021, it looked like a breakthrough moment for the next generation of academy stars, but some of those involved have already moved on to pastures new.

Zidane Iqbal has made a much-publicised exit, joining Utrecht in the Eredivisie. Charlie Savage, who joined his fellow midfielder in making a late cameo, is also on the verge of leaving Old Trafford.

A third academy star, Ethan Laird, has also moved on after being tipped for the top before an unfortunate run with injuries. There are still a number of talented up-and-comers, though, and Mirror Football has the lowdown on some of those starlets.

Joe Hugill

Hugill had already impressed at youth level before netting in pre-season against Leeds. United won the race to sign the forward from Sunderland when he was just 16, with Arsenal among the others linked.

Now 19, the hotshot has 24 goals in 41 Premier League 2 outings. He also scored his first senior career goal last term, netting against York City while on loan at Altrincham.

Noam Emeran

French talent Emeran was the other scorer in the Leeds game. The 20-year-old came through the ranks at Amiens before choosing United above a number of European big-hitters.

The winger enjoyed a flying finish to the 2022-23 season for United's under-21s. He scored four in the last three games in Premier League 2, helping United's youngsters secure their top-flight status.

Hannibal

Hannibal might be a little more established than others on this list. However, after spending last season out on loan, this season could be a chance for him to really impress Erik ten Hag.

With three Premier League outings and 24 Tunisia caps under the midfielder's belt, it's easy to forget he's still just 20 years old. An impressive year on loan at Birmingham, playing 38 times in the Championship, will leave him feeling he can deliver at a higher level.

Alvaro Fernandez

Alvaro Fernandez is back after a successful loan.

Another man who spent last season in the Championship is Fernandez. The full-back, who spent time in Real Madrid's academy, made 27 starts for Preston last term.

“Hopefully, that is my dream now," he said when asked about more minutes for his parent club. "For the next season I have to come back in pre-season and we’re going to see. Erik ten Hag has to choose if they want me there or if they don’t want me."

Dan Gore

Gore has joined the likes of Fernandez and Hannibal in United's squad for their US tour. The midfielder played a part in Donny van de Beek's winner against Lyon in the last friendly, and now has more time to impress.

Still just 18, the England youth international featured prominently in United's run to the FA Youth Cup final in 2022. He captained the team in the same competition this season, though they couldn't get past the fourth round.

Kobbie Mainoo

Another midfielder, Mainoo doesn't need much of an introduction for Man Utd fans. The local lad made his debut last season, starting against Charlton in the EFL Cup, and also got his first Premier League minutes in United's February victory over Leicester.

Manchester United may not be having the best of seasons, but there are certainly some positives they can take into the 2024/25 campaign.

Arguably the biggest positive for the Red Devils this season has been the emergence of Kobbie Mainoo.

In the space of a season, the 18-year-old has gone from an exciting prospect to a player Man United and England could potentially build their future teams around.

Mainoo only made his first Premier League start in November last year, but he has very quickly become one of Manchester United’s main players.

At just 18 years of age, the Red Devils midfielder has already made 23 competitive appearances for the Old Trafford side, and now he has two senior England caps to his name.

In March, Mainoo made his first start for the Three Lions in their friendly against Belgium, and he was head and shoulders above many of the players on the field.

Mainoo now looks like he has a great chance of making the plane to Germany for a Euro 2024 tournament in which England look like genuine contenders.

【MCO更新】全马6个州属将实行MCO 2.0 行动管制令为期两个星期：并更新SOP以及落实紧急状态

全马6个州属将落实行动管制令2.0

由于国内疫情持续严重，确证病例仍没后下降的迹象，首相丹斯里慕尤丁于2021年1月11日再次宣布实行MCO 2.0 行动管制令。他表示，全国医院的医疗系统和前线人员都承受着巨大的压力，因此必须采措施来防止情况继续恶化。

本来之前的CMCO有条件行动管制令还没结束，首相即于记者会上宣布全马将有6个州属实行长达14天的MCO 2.0（回到去年3月份时的行动管制令），并从1月13日开始至1月26日，为期两周，受影响州属包括：

·        槟城

·        雪兰莪

·        联邦直辖区 (吉隆坡、纳闽Labuan和布城Putrajaya)

·        马六甲

·        柔佛

·        沙巴

彭亨、霹雳、森美兰、吉打、登嘉楼和吉兰丹5个州属将落实CMCO有条件行管令，玻璃市和砂拉越则持续落实RMCO复原期行管令。

最新宣布的MCO行动管制令注意事项（SOP）：

·        全国禁止跨州旅行，从2021年1月13日起，将在全国范围内设置路障。

·        所有行动限制在10公里的范围内，如果需要购买日常用品，一户家仅限两名家庭成员（在同一辆车）可以外出。

·        除CMCO规定的州外，不允许进行节日庆典、研讨会、kenduris和集体运动等社交活动。

·        政府鉴定只有5个基本关键领域被允许营运，包括工厂与制造业、建筑业、服务业、贸易与批发，种植与原产业。

·        对于提供非必要服务的企业，必须进行在家工作（WFH）。

·        餐厅只能外送，不能堂食。（ 除了实行CMCO和RMCO的州属地区）

·        市场和医疗机构（如诊所、医院和药房）将按照SOP的规定照常营业。

·        只有30%的行政人员获准在工作场所上班，并需遵守SOP。

·        面临主要考试如大马教育文凭SPM、SVM、SKM、STPM、STAM和DVM (2020 & 2021)的考生可以豁免，在严格标准作业程序（SOP）下获准到学校去。

·        所有中小学生的在线学习和教学（中一到中四）将从1月20日开始恢复。

·        在教育部注册的私立幼儿园可以继续运营。

·        仅允许家庭成员进行慢跑和骑脚踏车运动，必须保持社交距离（至少2米距离）和遵守SOP。（其他运动不被允许）

·        宗教场所最多只能有5个清真寺 / 礼拜堂委员会成员从事宗教活动。

·        被发现违反SOP规则的人将被处以最高RM1000的罚款。

2.     加油站：6AM - 10PM（高速公路的加油站依然24小时营业）

3.     医院和宠物医院：6AM - 8PM

4.     批发市场：11AM - 4PM 或 12PM - 6PM

5.     早市和农贸市场：7AM - 2PM

6.     夜市、SPA、脚底按摩中心、理发店、眼镜店、服装店不允许营业

搞懂行动管制令：

1.     行动管制令 MCO - 除了基本需求服务外，其他一律都得关闭。不许跨洲，只有在必要之下才能出门购物，一户家仅限2人出门购买必需品。

2.     有条件行动管制令 CMCO - 大部分商店可照常营业，学校仍保持关闭。

3.     复苏式行动管制令 RMCO - 学校可恢复上课，民众可跨洲，大部分商业可恢复开放。指定行业（如夜店等）暂不允许营业。

4.     加强式行动管制令 EMCO - 针对小范围或住宅区（例如一栋公寓内）的行动管制令。涉及封锁区域，禁止人们离开住家范围（除了获取日常用品），外人不得进入。只在特定区域实行。

大马落实紧急状态

刚刚宣布MCO 2.0后，国家元首苏丹阿都拉陛下颁布，从即日起马来西亚全国颁布紧急状态，直至2021年8月1日，以遏制疫情进一步蔓延和应对影响柔佛州和彭亨州等不断恶化的洪水形势。马来西亚国家皇宫12日早在公告中指出，最高元首同意政府的建议，成立一个独立委员会，评估疫情情况。如果疫情有所改善，该委员会将向其提出建议，以考虑是否提前结束国家紧急状态。

 

什么是紧急状态？

紧急状态是指，国家安全、经济与公共秩序问题无法通过一般统治系统来控制。只要三大状况受到威胁，国家元首有权利根据联邦宪法第150（1）条文宣布紧急状态，以及第150条第（2）条文颁布紧急声明。国家进入紧急状态之后，宪法将暂停执行，一切国家行政事务将由特别小组或理事会决定。若有需要，军方可以处理与安全有关事务。

紧急状态注意事项：

·        这不是军事政变，不会实行宵禁。

·        紧急状态旨在加强对安全的执法，并确保马来西亚人的安全。

·        行动管制令（MCO）将照常执行。

·        在此期间，将不会举行任何形式的国会或选举（包括州选举和补选）。

·        联邦和州政府的行政机构不会受到紧急状态声明的影响。

·        紧急状态情况将持续到8月1日，或可能更早结束，具体取决于国内的疫情情况。

·        经济部门仍然被允许根据SOP进行操作 - 就像首相说的：“马来西亚仍然开放营业”。

·        私人医疗机构和医院将参与其中，以减轻处于临界点的政府医院的负担 - 这包括资产共享、实验室设施、人力等。

·        独立特别小组 Jawatankhas Bebas - 由政府和反对党议员以及卫生专家组成的独立委员会将帮助管理新冠病局势。若有可能尽早终止紧急状态，委员会还将提供建议。
